Addams Junior High School Graduation

News from Addams-May 22, 2020

Class of 2020

Dear Addams community,

As we enter our last week of school, I would just like to say thank you to all of you for your partnership in the education of our students. It has been a unique spring to say the least, but I am confident that the staff and students of Addams did all they could to make the best out of a tough situation. Our amazing staff has shown the ability to adapt and use innovative instructional strategies that has created an environment ripe for our students to continue to grow. Students have shown GRIT when necessary and well over the bar we set for them.

It has been our goal to continue to improve the positive relationships with students and families “virtually” that we had established earlier in the year. Today, I am excited to share with you another example of coming together as a community virtually to celebrate. Please watch the Addams Got Talent Show by clicking here if you want to be utterly amazed.

For one last chance to celebration our students accomplishments, please visit the Addams website at 7 pm next Wednesday, May 27 to watch our virtual graduation. If you are unable to see it at that time, we will send a link to view the ceremony all summer. Parents of 8th graders – please share your best graduation photos by visiting the following Padlet. Feel free to print out the attached sign to hold as you take pictures. Grad sign 2020

Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
