Dear Addams Community,
It is hard to believe, but today represents the mid-point of the 1st trimester. If you have not done so recently, this would be a great time to logon to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and check on the progress of your child. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if support is needed as we collaborate in the success of our students.
This week, we would like to highlight the amazing work of our girls’ basketball teams. The teams and coaches, Mrs. Bianchin and Mr. Jalovec sponsored an Addams Pink Out event yesterday to raise awareness for Breast Cancer and it was a rousing success. Many students took pride in wearing pink to school and the gym was packed afterschool for our games against Eisenhower Junior High. In addition, we would like to wish our student athletes best of luck at the District 54 Girls’ Basketball Tournament this coming week.
In addition, today was a day of exceptional learning for our new group of Addams Student Ambassadors. These student leaders took part in training at our district office with students from the other junior highs. We are excited to see what fantastic ideas this group brings back to Addams to make our awesome school, even better.
Have an amazing weekend! Could the Bears possibly go to 3-1? I believe in miracles.
Regards,
Chris Bingen Bill Musselman
Principal Assistant Principal

District 54 Virtual Backpack
District 54 shares information about community events with our students and families through our Virtual Backpack. We know that parents are interested in extracurricular activities. At the same time, we don’t want the homework, letters from the teachers, school news and other important district information to get lost among the countless other pieces of paper in our students’ backpacks.
