Addams Junior High Update Principal's Message Dear Addams Families, Happy Friday! We have had a great start to the 2nd trimester this week and it was wonderful to see our students so engaged as they honored our Veterans. On behalf of Addams Junior High, we would also like to extend our appreciation and respect for those who have served or are currently serving our country. Thank you for your service and the sacrifices you have made. I continue to be extremely proud of our students and staff for remaining invested in our work each day. We greatly appreciate the partnership with our parents to ensure student success, and we will continue to Accept, Achieve, and Amaze. Regards, Bill Musselman Principal School News Student-Led Conferences We are pleased to announce the upcoming Student-Led Conferences scheduled for November 24 and 25 at Addams. Thank you to all of the families that have already signed up. Monday, November 24th 1-on-1 Virtual (Zoom) Conferences from 11:30-1:00pm Open Format Conferences (In-person) from 1:30-4:30pm OR 5:00-7:30pm. Please note, you will be able to meet with all of your child’s teachers during our open format windows. Tuesday, November 25th 1-on1 In-Person Conferences from 7:30-9:00am Sign ups for all conferences have been sent out via Parent Square this past week and will close on Wednesday, 11/19. Please note that our upcoming conferences are focused on discussing your child's progress and growth at Addams. While we know high school placement is on the mind of many families, those conversations can be directed to the high school at a later date. More details including the conference agenda, teacher locations, and Zoom links will be provided next week. Food donation Thanksgiving Food Drive

Help fill our table! Thank you to everyone who has donated to the Addams REACH Program Thanksgiving Food Drive to serve people in our community. There’s just one week left to donate your nonperishable food items. There are drop off boxes in the main office and other locations throughout the building. Be AMAZING and donate items to help others have a great Thanksgiving.
