Dear Addams Families,

 

As we return from Thanksgiving Break, the 3 A’s of Addams are on full display! This week and next, the students will complete round 2 of their winter MAP tests in reading and mathematics. Winter MAP tests allow our teachers and your child to see the progress they have made this school year. We will use the Winter MAP results to plan for specific and individualized instruction for each student the latter half of the school year.

 

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our front office staff or me. Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and support and we will Accept, Achieve, and Amaze to ensure the success of our students.

 

 

Upcoming dates

• December 8-9:  RDG MAP testing
• December 19:  Last day of attendance before winter break
• January 5: School resumes
• January 19: No School – Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• January 28: Family BINGO Night 6-7:30
• February 13: Half day in-service, early release at 10:40 AM
• February 20: No School – Presidents Day
• February 20: End of Trimester 2
• March 20: Last day of attendance before spring break
• March 30: School resumes
